What I do, in my own words.
I'm Keyano Burgess, a real estate agent with Lokal Real Estate (Ohio License #2022000189). My office is in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, and I serve Cuyahoga, Summit, and Lorain Counties. I've been in real estate for 5+ years.
I work with home buyers, home sellers, luxury buyers and sellers, investment properties, and land. Whatever the move, you're working with me directly — not handed off.
My clients consistently mention fast responses, video walkthroughs for out-of-state buyers, and a network of lenders and contractors I keep ready. I want every step to feel clear and on time.
A little more about me.
A lot of how I work comes from outside real estate. I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has taught me that showing up prepared and staying calm under pressure is what gets you through the hard rounds. I bring that same discipline to every deal — I do the work up front, I stay persistent when a transaction gets difficult, and I keep my head when deadlines tighten.
I also love golf, a game that rewards planning your next move before you swing. I approach negotiations the same way: I read the situation, set a strategy, and make each move on purpose. At home, my two cats run the place — a daily reminder of what a comfortable, happy home actually feels like. That's exactly what I help people buy, sell, and invest in: residential property across Cuyahoga, Summit, and Lorain Counties. No commercial, just homes and the people moving through them. When you're ready, call or text me and we'll plan your next move.
