Luxury Homes in Northeast Ohio

Elevated homes across Cuyahoga, Summit and Lorain Counties, handled with discretion and personal attention — private showings, a clear pricing strategy, and one agent who answers 24/7.

Who this page is for

This page is for buyers looking for an elevated home in Northeast Ohio — a standout location, premium finishes, more space, or a property that simply feels a cut above the rest. If that's what you're after, this is where we start. I help buyers find luxury homes across Cuyahoga, Summit and Lorain Counties, and I handle the process personally — one point of contact from the first showing to closing.

An elevated purchase comes with its own pace and its own considerations. You may be relocating from out of state, planning a move that needs to stay quiet, or weighing a home that's larger and more complex than what you've bought before. Whatever the situation, you're working with me directly — not passed off to a team or an assistant — and I keep every detail in your control.

How I help

  1. 1

We talk through what elevated means to you

I listen for what matters — location, finishes, space, privacy, setting — then match you to homes that fit, instead of fitting you to a list. The conversation comes first, and it stays between us.

  2. 2

    Build a pricing strategy

I build a pricing strategy based on the home, its location, and the local market across Northeast Ohio. We set the plan together so you understand the numbers behind any offer before you make it.

  3. 3

    Arrange private showings

I arrange private, by-appointment showings on your schedule so you can view a property without a crowd, in person or by video.

  4. 4

    Negotiate and close with care

I negotiate on your behalf and coordinate inspections and closing with the attention an elevated purchase deserves, keeping every deadline on track.

Private and by-appointment showings

Elevated homes deserve a slower, more deliberate viewing. I arrange private and by-appointment showings on your schedule, so you can take the time you need without other buyers pacing through the rooms. We walk the property together, or I preview it on your behalf and report back before you commit to a visit.

If a home isn't open publicly yet, I'll work with you to coordinate access on terms that make sense. The goal is a showing that fits your calendar and your comfort — not a crowded open house on someone else's timetable. And when you're ready for a second look, I'll arrange that too, with as much time as the home and your decision deserve.

Video walkthroughs for out-of-town and relocating buyers

If you're moving from out of state or planning a relocation, I walk each property in person and send you a detailed video, photos, and comparable sales so you can evaluate it without being physically present. Many of my buyers decide this way before they travel, and it's often the difference between moving with confidence and moving blind.

I'll point out what photos won't show — the lot, the setting, the flow from room to room, and anything that looks different in person than it does online. When you're ready to visit in person, I'll have already narrowed the list to the homes worth your trip, so a flight never feels wasted.

Discretion and confidentiality

Discretion matters with an elevated purchase. I keep details private, limit who's involved, and arrange showings that work for you so your information stays controlled through the whole process. I don't share your situation, your budget, or your timeline any more than the transaction requires.

That applies on both ends. If you're selling one home to buy another, I'm mindful of how much is visible and when. You reach me directly by call or text, 24/7, and the conversation stays with me — not relayed through a chain of people.

Negotiating on high-end homes

Higher-end homes often come with more moving parts — contingencies, timing, and terms that shape the deal as much as the price does. I negotiate on your behalf with the full picture in mind, not just the number on the offer.

We talk through your walk-away point before we start, so when an offer needs a fast answer — and it often does — you're not deciding under pressure. I keep your goals and your budget front and center, and I'll tell you plainly when a deal isn't worth chasing. The aim is a result you feel good about, not a fast yes you regret later.

Inspections on larger and custom homes

Larger and custom homes can have systems and details that deserve a closer look — finished lower levels, outbuildings, advanced mechanicals, or one-of-a-kind construction. I coordinate inspectors who know these homes, review the results with you in plain language, and keep every inspection deadline on track.

If something turns up, I help you weigh it against the price and the terms, and I'll handle the back-and-forth with the seller's side. The goal is a closing you feel good about, not a surprise after the keys.

Working with jumbo loan lenders

Many elevated purchases run on jumbo financing, which has its own underwriting, reserve, and appraisal requirements. I work alongside your jumbo loan lender to coordinate timing and documentation so financing stays aligned with the rest of the deal — and so the appraisal doesn't become the thing that derails a clean closing.

If you're still choosing a lender, I keep a network of lenders I trust and can make an introduction. The numbers come from your lender — I don't promise loan approval — but I'll help you line up the financing so it moves when the rest of the purchase does.

What to know in Ohio

Luxury homes in our market are elevated properties — larger homes, premium finishes, or standout locations across Cuyahoga, Summit and Lorain Counties. I don't set an arbitrary price threshold; I focus on what makes a home elevated for you.

The same Ohio rules apply. Since August 2024, buyers sign a written buyer agreement before touring homes with an agent, and Ohio sellers generally provide the Residential Property Disclosure Form. Homes built before 1978 come with a federal lead-based paint disclosure. Many Cuyahoga County cities also require a point-of-sale inspection, and I confirm the rules for each home.

What working with me looks like

You reach me directly by call or text, 24/7. I respond fast, I explain things plainly, and I keep you in the loop at every step. There's no handoff to someone else — I'm the one walking the homes, writing the offer, and sitting with you at closing.

For out-of-state buyers, I walk each property in person and send a video, photos, and comparable sales so you can analyze it without being physically present. I keep a network of lenders and contractors ready so nothing stalls your move. When you're ready to talk it through, call or text me any time.
